We completely stripped off the old fascias and soffits, replacing them with new white UPVC. We also replaced the gutters but re-used the existing downpipes.

This project saw us completely stripping off all fascias, soffits and barge boards. Using new timber we replaced them all, staining the wood to match the original finish and completing with mastic on abutments to keep out all unwanted visitors!

This property was completely stripped and re-tiled by us. We also replaced the existing leaking gutter with new black ogee plastic gutter and downpipes fixed into the existing outlets.
