Loft Conversion, Darby Green

Loft Conversion, Darby Green

We were asked to carry out a simple conversion on this bungalow where the family had basically run out of room; the idea being to create extra bedrooms with a bathroom in the loft space.

We completed this conversion smoothly without altering the characteristics of the house and with minimal disturbance to our clients. By utilising the maximum space in the loft, we constructed a special room where the man of the house could spend some quiet time!

Garage Conversion, Fleet

TM Building was asked to convert this client’s garage into a bedroom and en-suite for her disabled mother. We enlarged the porch entrance for easier access and also replaced the block paved driveway to allow for more parking and manoeuvrability. A worthwhile project for our charming clients.

We undertook responsibility for the Plans and Permissions on behalf of our clients for a conversion of the garage and porch, to provide extra space to the main house. The construction took just four weeks to complete and caused minimum disruption to our clients.

Conversion & Renovation, Dogmersfield

Conversion & Renovation, Dogmersfield

We were asked by our client to renovate part of this lovely character oast house. Work included a loft conversion, bathroom alterations, internal decoration, roof tiling and lead work. The building team also installed an attractive spiral staircase leading to the top of the oast house, whilst the Roofing team repaired the roof, using second-hand tiles to match the existing roof. These tiles will weather in time and blend in beautifully.
