This new development built by Trevor Martin Developments Ltd comprises sixteen houses all with porches, and where applicable, either gable or hipped detached garages. Roof styles consist of steep, high triple-aspect-, gable-ended roofs, clad with Canadian natural grey slates and terracotta ridges. The other two-storey properties and the three storey townhouses on the development were covered in Redland Heathland plain tiles, with their unique old green weathered look. Some of the houses incorporate lead clad dormers, lead step and cover, and lead feature apron flashings. The use of Redland Manor House Mix vertical plain tiles, with half round and ogee cast effect guttering enhances the rural Victorian characteristics of this exceptional development.

This project incorporates nearly every type of work TM Roofing undertakes. Initially, for the first few months we concentrated on ground works for the extensions, opening up a new drive access and setting the levels. Once this was done, the owners moved out for six months whilst the house was stripped out, the plumbing and electric renewed, load-bearing walls removed, and alterations made to the internal layouts. We then constructed the extensions and loft conversion at the same time, fitted Velux windows and undertook roof renovation work. This meant we worked the house from top to bottom, renovating the existing roof and matching the extension roofs using sourced second-hand materials. In addition we completed a full rear landscaping scheme, incorporating a new swimming pool, sandstone patio areas, pathways and brick built steps. For the construction of the new double garage we used second-hand roof tiles to match the main roof. Lastly, the new entrance was finished with electronically operated gates, opening onto a larger open plan drive area and finished in crushed stone.
NB: The owners deserve full credit for the transformation of this lovely house, from acquiring the property and adjacent land, to centralising the house in its plot which presents a superbly balanced appearance,
including an impressive view of the swimming pool area and beautiful rural backdrop.

A two storey rear and single storey front extension, transformed this small house to provide much needed space for this growing family. The rear extension comprises two extra bedrooms for the children and a playroom downstairs. The single storey addition at the front of the house transformed their original galley kitchen into a family sized kitchen/diner.
